Givenchy Le Prisme Superstellar Intense Radiant Eyshadow Swatch + Complete Look

Givenchy Beauty took three stars from the beautiful night sky and creatively placed them into a palette for makeup collectors to adorn in its Superstellar exquisiteness. The Givenchy Le Prisme Superstellar Intense & Radiant Eyeshadow is a cosmic star-shaped palette with three shades to illuminate, define eyes and complexion. The packaging and presentation quickly caught my attention and without a doubt – I happily welcome this piece to my makeup museum. You will be seeing swatches and a complete look with this product shortly.

This product is described as a palette with pure pigments concentrated in a rich suede texture for a look from a natural healthy glow to dramatic color intensity. The formula’s powder to cream texture claims to glide beautifully and promises to adhere perfectly upon application.

The palette is composed of three shades:

  1. Plum defines eyes for greater intensity
  2. Pink Coral acts as a spotlight to showcase brows or the upper eyelid; can be used as a blush
  3. Titanium illuminates the face when applied to the eyes, cheekbones, and Cupid’s bow

The shade Titanium was the easiest shade to use in this palette – and the most pigmented. I used Urban Decay’s All Nighter Setting Spray to achieve a more silver metallic look as Titanium alone did not give me the intensity I longed for and is seemingly more ideal to use alone in the inner corner of the eye, cupids bow, or gently on the cheekbones. Pink Coral I used initially but it was overtaken by Titanium and I feel was not as pigmented as it showed in the pan. The shade Plum was not as easy to blend but did add the intensity the description claimed. Since the palette is shaped into Stars I needn’t worry about losing its shape. Although a beautiful design – I’ve used easier eyeshadows to work with it. Perhaps my previous experiences have spoiled me. I recommend this palette to Givenchy lovers and solely for the Titanium shade. Otherwise – it is a great collectors piece. It retails for $63 and you can click here to see the product and read other Sephora reviews.

Above selfies include these products: Smashbox Always On liquid lipstick in shade Some Nerve. These liquid lipsticks are one of the most comfortable liquid lipsticks I own and are true to color, easy to apply, and the applicator is fantastic in my opinion. False lashes are Salon Perfect Demi Wispies. Foundation is Urban Decays All Nighter Foundation in 5.0. Blushes used are from the NARSissist Cheek Palette (previous post here). Brows are ABH pomade in Medium brown.

Much love, Gigi

  1. It’s nice that the pans are actually star-shaped such that the design wouldn’t really go away with use. However, it doesn’t seem like a palette that would get a lot of use with the so-so quality. I guess I’ll behave, even though the stars really are too cute. Beautiful look!
